Drywall Repair
Holes, patches, dings, and texture that blends โ done right the first time.
What I Fix
- Doorknob holes and corner dings
- Picture-hanging holes (small to large)
- Water-damaged sections (after the leak is fixed)
- Old patch-jobs that didn't blend in
- Texture matching โ orange peel, knockdown, smooth, hand-trowel
- Full sheet replacement for big damage
- Plaster repair on older Pittsburg and Antioch homes
Why Texture Matching Matters
Most "cheap" drywall jobs you've seen failed at the texture step โ the patch is structurally fine, but you can see exactly where the repair was made because the surrounding wall has a slightly different pattern. I take the time to match the texture, blend the edges, and prime properly so a fresh coat of paint hides the repair completely.
Pricing
Drywall repair is one of the most variable jobs in handyman work โ a small patch might be $80โ$150, while a full water-damaged ceiling section could run several hundred dollars. I give every quote in person or after a few photos, never sight-unseen. Send me a photo and I'll tell you what you're looking at.
