Toilet Installation, Repair & Service
New toilet, running toilet, leaking toilet โ I do all of it.
What I Do
- New toilet installation (swap of an existing toilet)
- Wax ring replacement for leaks at the base
- Running toilet fixes (flapper, fill valve, flush valve)
- Loose or wobbly toilet repair (bolt and seal replacement)
- Flushing problems โ slow flush, weak flush, double flush
- Cracked tank or bowl assessment (and replacement when needed)
- Toilet seat replacement (including soft-close and bidet seats)
- Supply line and angle stop replacement
The Common Toilet Problems I See
Most "my toilet runs all night" complaints come down to a worn flapper or a fill valve that's not shutting off cleanly โ both inexpensive fixes if you catch them early. Leaks at the base usually mean the wax ring has failed, and that's worth doing right because slow leaks rot subfloors. Wobbling toilets are almost always loose closet bolts, sometimes a flange that's broken or has sunk below the floor.
If you're replacing a toilet, the choice matters more than people think โ comfort-height bowls, MaP-rated flush ratings, and elongated vs. round all affect how the toilet performs and how comfortable it is over the years. Happy to talk through models before you buy.
What I Don't Do
Main line stoppages, sewer work, and major plumbing repairs that need a licensed plumber. If a toilet problem turns out to be downstream โ a clog past the trap, a vent issue, a slab leak โ I'll point you to a plumber I'd hire myself.
